He wears a blue shirt and shorts, set with clear pave rhinestones. The chains attach from the water jugs to the arched pole he holds over his shoulders and the back of the brooch features an angled rollover clasp. This brooch measures 3" in length, and 3" across, from one end of the pole to the other and comes in excellent condition.
