A pretty pink semi-precious stone with black flecks could be rhodonite, I'm not exactly sure but it seems to fit the description I found when I researched the category. It's set in a smooth sterling silver and measures approximately 1 1/4" in length and is a size 7 1/2. It's in excellent to mint condition and looks great on the hand.
