The theme incorporates a cameo, a graceful hand, holding a curved ring at the top with two turquoise stones and a floral and leaf motif. It is done in a brushed gold tone with tiny gold and white pearls and a silver floral design at the bottom which completes the presentation. Measuring 3" across and 2" from top to bottom, it comes in excellent condition.
