This vintage cockatoo dress clip, signed CORO, is fashioned with rich multi color enamel and pave set rhinestones. It's actually one half of a CORO duette produced in the 1940's. There is a patent number on the back which looks to me like "116490." Measuring about 3 1/2" in length and about 1" wide, this lovely bird is in great vintage condition. The clip is secure. Even without the other half, this dress clip makes a great accessory for a dress, sweater, handbag, hat or scarf. Just ask for the cockatoo... he will fly off to you straightaway and he'll never look back!
